NOTTINGHAM SUN CLUB PRIVACY NOTICE & DATA PROTECTION

 The name of the organisation is Nottingham Sun Club.

The purpose of the organisation is to promote Naturism and to manage the Club grounds, premises and activities and to share other relevant information with its Members via Minutes and Newsletters.

Membership of the organisation is open to Naturists through an Annual Subscription paid to the Honorary Treasurer of the Club in February each year.

The Honorary Secretary of the Club will maintain a database which includes the following information about Club Members:

Family name/surname

Forenames/given names

Date of Birth

Full postal address

Telephone number

Email address where applicable

Data held will be used solely for the purpose of contacting Club Members to provide information relevant to the Administration and running of the Club.

Data held may be used by any member of the Management Committee for the aforementioned purposes only.

Data held on an individual will never be shared with a third party without his or her express permission.

Individuals whose data is held under the aforementioned conditions have the “right of erasure” and can request the removal of their details at any time. Nottingham Sun Club undertakes to comply with any such request with immediate effect.

The website does not collect any data except for visitor stats and does not hold any personally identifiable data.
